I have noticed that little has mentioned on this topic. I guess it is identifiable with a few cases.... Like Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nigeria I believe that it is important to address this issues especially as relates to HIV / AIDS; Gender Based violence; and general violation of Human Rights especially by those who are supposed to be protecting (Police) Post Election Violence changes people lives completely and most of the time for worse. It erases decades of progress and increases the vulanarability of the aged, women / children to abuse.
