Members, did you know that young people with disabilities are among the most marginalized groups in Africa? They are illiterate, they are unemployed, they are victims of human rights abuses!! Worse still, they are denied a voice in decision making. They are viewed as out casts!! I wish to make things clear that development cannot be achieved if certain categories of people are ignored - if they are left out of the development process.
